Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided the order has not been shipped.

• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately through WhatsApp or email with your order details.

• If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

1.2 After Dispatch

• Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.

• You may initiate a return request after receiving the product, as per our return policy.

2. Refund Policy

A refund will be issued only in the following cases:

• Order was cancelled before shipping.

• Product was out of stock and the order could not be fulfilled.

• Wrong or defective product delivered (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

2.2 Refund Process

• Once your cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• Refund will be credited back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank transfer).

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request bank details for refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Product used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

• Request made after the return/refund window is closed.

• Size-related issues due to incorrect selection by customer (we encourage checking size chart before purchase).

• Minor color or print variations due to photography or screen resolution.

4. Return to Origin (RTO) Orders

If a COD order is marked as Return to Origin due to the customer being unavailable or refusing delivery, the customer may be restricted from placing COD orders in the future.
